The FWDG Outlet is a very different way to buy furniture and mattresses.
Products will be shown online only with a video, photos and an explanation of any defects or damages.
Some of these items are damaged or defective, but many of them were just being closed out for inventory purposes at the main store.
The manager of the FWDG Outlet will respond to texts or calls as early as 9 am and as late as 9 pm daily. The only individual with knowledge of the products is the FWDG Outlet Manager.
The items purchased will be available for pickup Tuesday through Saturday at FWDG, 745 Robert Smalls Parkway. Most items will be available for local delivery, at a cost.
The policy on all Outlet sales is as follows:
1- There are no cancellation, returns, exchanges on any purchase.
2- Pickup must be made within 7 days of purchase or item(s) will be returned to available status and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied and the balance will be applied as a credit against future purchases.
3- FWDG Management, sales team, or staff has no control over Outlet policy.
These policies are strict but necessary because many of the items will be sold below wholesale cost.
